I can’t sleep well recently because of nausea. Last night I woke up at 2am not feeling well. I ate some chips trying to stop the nausea but it didn’t help. Then I had an orange and felt a tiny bit better. Ended up going to bed again at 5am.
Many artificial smells make me wanna puke, such as car fragrance, shower gel, room spray etc. Today I had to buy a milky shower gel to replace the grapefruit shower gel that I loved because I couldn’t stand the strong grapefruit smell anymore. Every time I walk into the bathroom I wanna puke because my bathroom is filled w/ that grapefruit smell.
Been on a healthier diet having more fibre, egg, milk, and yogurt. Really wanna eat sushi but can’t have raw food grrrrrrrrrrr…
ps: Lemon with hot water can soothe nausea…well it works for me at least.
I’m sorry you’re feeling so bad. Also, try peppermint oil. Sometimes just sniffing a bottle of it will help ease up on the nausea. And, look for some Sea Bands!! They’re awesome accupressure bands that help alleviate morning sickness and motion sickness.
